At Rone Engineering, we have a state-of-the-art laboratory facility that specializes in testing soils, steels, concrete, asphalt and aggregates.
We are fully certified and meet the requirements of ASTM E 329, ASTM D 3740, and ASTM C 1077, and we are also completely accredited and meet the requirements of ISO 17025 and R18. Our company is pre-qualified as complying with Recommended Requirements for Independent Laboratory Qualifications by the American Council of Independent Laboratories.
We test soil to understand its properties, its bearing ratio and organic content in order to determine how they might impact a customer's project. Our geotechnical engineers can use these testing results to improve foundation design.

Our 40,000-square-foot laboratory has the necessary equipment to perform most any testing requirements. We have two curing rooms that can hold 50,000 6x12 cylinders as well as 40 nuclear gauges. Our laboratory provides critical information for providing environmental site assessments and consultations.
