Baylor Medical Pavilion II
141,000 square feet; seven stories
Cast in Place, seven story concrete building totaling 141,000 square feet of usable space. The project included an adjacent seven story pre-cast parking garage. The Baylor Medical Pavilions house a full range of primary care physicians and medical specialists. The Women's Imaging Center is located in Medical Pavilion II.

Numerous projects since 2002
Rone has completed numerous projects at the Medical City Hospital campus since 2002. Among the projects completed by Rone are:
Lateral connection of a four-story parking structure to an existin four-story parking garage

Eight story parking structure
Located over a former surface lot on the east side of Medical District Drive and south of existing railroad tracks. In addition, an enclosed sky-bridge was developed tying the structure to existing garage north of the railroad tracks.
Simultaneously, a five story addition to the south end of the existing garage located north of the railroad tracks and east of Medical District Drive was also developed. A new sky-bridge was developed tying these garages to existing buildings across medical district drive completing a network of elevated connectors allowing guests to access the main building without walking outdoors in inclement weather.
