Soils and Aggregates
Rone Engineering works with builders, contractors and construction companies to ensure project work is completed according to industry standards and plan specifications.
We are available to consult on proper building materials, project parameters and technical specifications to help make sure your project is completed on schedule, on budget, and most importantly, in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Before construction begins, a geotechnical evaluation is needed with analysis to help guide the construction plan for a safe structure with longevity. Our services include a full range of soil testing and materials testing. Materials testing includes assessment of concrete, asphalt, steel and other building materials.
Our staff of professionals provides the following:
Soil and bedrock investigation to provide insight and analysis on a project’s budget and structural viability
Fill placement monitoring, density testing and geotechnical analysis
Structural analysis based on the subsurface conditions to inform probable behavior under the weight and stress of the new construction
Recommendations for design and building parameters based on the soil and bedrock conditions and characteristics
Observation during the construction period to provide ongoing monitoring, analysis and recommendations of possible project modifications if necessary
