Andrews Distribution Center
400,000 square foot building
This project consisted of a 28 story post tension, cast-in-place concrete structure. The multifamily high rise includes an open air space with swimming pool and lounge area, as well as a social space with fire pit. Rone provided CMT and inspection for the entire project.
Point West Industrial Park
3,000,000 square feet; 3-story office building; 2 office/warehouses
Point West office park currently consists of approximately 3,000,000 square feet of office and warehouse space comprised of three separate tilt-wall concrete exterior construction structures.
Two of the buildings are office/warehouse and the third is a three-story office building along Beltline Road. Available land remains for further, future development.
Point West IV
1,079,475 square feet
Tilt-wall concrete exterior construction, this bulk warehouse facility has 263,625 sq ft available. 185-acre, master planned, and was built for mixed-use development. There is a 32' minimum clear height making it perfect for trailer storage to be available. 50' x 50' typical column spacing and 60' staging bay with 260' building depth make it perfect for any distribution needs.
To ensure safety, there is an ESFR fire protection system. The structure is conveniently located with access to I-635 via Beltline Rd. and Freeport Pkwy. Point West IV also has a 75% real property tax abatement from city and triple Freeport inventory tax exemption along with it a Foreign-Trade Zone.
Nestle Waters North America New Bottling Facility
750,000 square feet
Bottling facility in South Dallas designed and constructed to meet US Building Councils stringent LEED (Leadership in Energy Design) certification. Tight assembly line requirements for the automated bottling system necessitated super-flat floor construction.
An $82 million-dollar investment helped start the construction of the new bottling facility that employs 400 employees. Nestle Waters North America has been operating in the DFW area for over 20 years and this new state of the art will continue the legacy for many years to come.
