Project Overview
Prologis Presidents Park is Houston’s newest and most flexible master-planned industrial project. The park offers over 187 acres of developable land for a combination of speculative development, build-to-suit and design build projects. The park is located in north Houston, immediately south of IAH Airport. The project included (1) Pond excavation and building pad fill – storm water detention ponds were excavated and the spoils were used to raise all 12 building pads 3 to 5 feet to get them above flood elevation; (2) Milner and Morales road construction – this included the demolition and reconstruction of Milner and Morales roads and utilities that are in the right-of-way of the roads; and (3) Building 5 – the first construction project in the brand new industrial park; total building size is 167,773 SF.
