Project Overview
Cedardale Distribution Center is a two-phase industrial development featuring 1,775,270 SF on 106.6 acres. Phase I, completed in 2018, is situated on 50.55 acres and includes a 776,630 square foot building. Phase II has a substantial completion date of December 31, 2022 and comprises a 56-acres site that will include a 998,640 square foot building. Both are cross-dock distribution centers. Phase I features 130 9-by-10-foot dock doors, 234 parking spots and a superior modern design. The development is located in South Dallas, directly south of I-20 between I-35 and I-45.
