Project Overview
A master planned, mixed use development encompassing 800 acres at all four corners of Highway 380 and Preston Road in Prosper, Texas. The project includes retail, restaurant, office and multifamily uses. The first phase of the development consists of approximately 500,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a Wal-Mart and was completed in 2018. The second phase is presently under construction and will include Kohl’s and Hobby Lobby as anchor tenants. Phase 2 will add over 500,000 square feet of additional restaurant and retail space.
