Project Overview
The 13-building complex spreads across the 15.2-acre infill site at the front entrance of the USAA headquarters on USAA Boulevard. The complex is close to major infrastructure arteries, including Interstate 10, Loop 410 and Loop 1604. Palmetto Pointe is within 6 miles of the main campus of The University of Texas at San Antonio, the South Texas Medical Center and The Shops at La Cantera and features garden style apartments and a resort style amenity center.
