Project Overview
The project consisted of the construction of a new 10-story, 176,640 SF hotel situated on 0.814 acres located in downtown Austin at 9th and Red River. This unique hybrid hotel with dual brands features separate entrances – the Holiday Inn Express entrance on Neches Street and the Hotel Indigo entrance is located on Red River Street.
