Project Overview
Houston-based commercial real estate developer Transwestern Development Co. developed this $90 million project on a 3.1-acre site in the Tanglewood area of west Houston at 1414 Wood Hollow Drive. The Hayworth is a new 8-story, 450,000 SF multifamily complex and two separate three-story townhome buildings on the same property The apartment building includes an open garage on levels one and two, and partial basement with 407 spaces total. The townhomes include two spaces per unit located in private attached garages. Amenities include a two-acre private park, yoga lawn, pool and dog park.
